Customer presented statement from May showing a duplicate charge. Under branch 49 terminal, Swipe Simple was only showing 1 transaction from 5/26 for $130.77 card 3089. Also confirmed in IQ that under branch 49 MID that one sale had been charged and batched on 5/26/23. I searched Swipe Simple for all locations and found the 5/22 transaction had been processed under Branch 11. I had Monica issue a refund on the Branch 11 transaction. 3 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Spoke to Donna - they've been having problems with the terminal and finally got it to working yesterday, but they didn't get a batch receipt from yesterday's transactions. Had to delete $174.00 - card 0287 from 3/13/23. Confirmed that the transaction was run via VT before deleting. After it was deleted, the batch closed successfully Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM

5 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT - Donna - she said that there was no batch receipt on her terminal from yesterday. IQ shows it batched but Swipe Simple does not have the batch close time under Reports. We checked the SwipeSimple Current batch and it only showed the one transaction already processed for today. We also looked at the current batch in Tsys and it matched SwipeSimple. Suggested to her that the terminal probably lost it's internet connection before it could get the receipt printed. 6 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT Donna - terminal was saying Transaction already in Progress had her reboot terminal. Also needed help keying a refund where she could not find the original sale amount in the terminal. Her machine's Merchant Account settings were set on mobile instead of terminal.
