Card was authorized 3 times on 8/22/23 for $39.15 on card 1639. Walked her through how to issue a refund on the terminal. She said that she has had a bunch of issues with the terminal. 3 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Received an email from Corissa at corporate office asking about a duplicate transaction on 1/16/23 for $182.61 Card 7041. Swipe Simple is only showing 1 transaction that was keyed into VT. In the email thread that I received, Jolene from branch 580 said that the terminal froze up on that day and she looked in the Transaction History and did not see that it had gone through so she keyed it into the VT.
