TT Dionna terminal did not batch called TSYS and the bad transaction was $156.58 we deleted it then batched successfully |

Deanna called about transaction amount&156.58 card 1627 that was ran on 5/30/2023. Said customer was charged twice but when looking in the system only one transaction settled. I spoke with Charlotte and she advised me that the customer will have to contact their bank to ask that the transaction pending be put back to his credit available and it could take several days but that depends on the bank and the polices. This is what I told the merchant and she said she would pass along the message to the customer. |

Deanna called about transaction amount $156.58 card 1627 being charged twice. Merchant stated that the terminal logged off during the transaction so she ran it on the mobile device ran fine and went through but customer is seeing 2 charges SS is not showing this transaction in terminal and should fall off with batch tonight. I told her if she has any issues to please call us back. |

Brittany called and said her machine had batch close error on it. After researching I found that her terminal had not batched since 1/31/23. There was a transaction that was on 1/25/23 for $178.04 Card 6377 that I needed to delete. I did confirm that the transaction was processed on VT. After I deleted the transaction, the batch closed successfully |

Michelle Short & Corissa have ordered new user IDs for 4 new users. Created CCUser058606 through CCUser058609 and emailed them to Michelle. Added new user ids to the Password spreadsheet in their folder and added the Credentials sheet to their folder. They also ordered 1 bluetooth reader |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: After speaking to Morgan this morning regarding the duplicated transaction Swipe Simple issue I advised the branch to go back to using the terminal and I will look at their settled transactions every day to make sure there are no duplications. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Received an email from Branch 586 today asking for an update on the duplicate transaction issue from the call on 4/1/22. I called SS and spoke to Chris. I explained everything to him and he confirmed that they did receive the diagnostic report and that this is a known bug in their system. He said he doesn't know when the bug will be fixed just that the development team is working on it. Advising the store to continue to key in the cards into the virtual until the fix is implemented to prevent duplicate billing to cardholders. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT - Brittany - she said that the terminal has been not working correctly for the last several days. It has not been printing approved receipts and when they look in the transaction history to see if a transaction goes through its not in there so they key it into the computer. There was definitely one instance where the cardholder was double billed $321.15 Card 1791 on March 30 but I can only see one transaction in SS and it was on the virtual. I do not see the terminal transaction but one of the duplicates was definitely swiped/tapped for entry. Sent diagnostic to SS and called them and spoke to Eric and gave him all the pertinent details. He's going to have his team look into it and get back to me. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT - Brittany - she said terminal has been getting stuck on loading transaction after she inputs the amount and presses checkout. Had her unplug machine and plug back in....still same issue. Called Swipe Simple and they suggested uninstalling and reinstalling. Did the uninstall/reinstall and same thing. Then had her unplug the terminal again and this time it worked. |

Deanna called in and spoke to Jennifer on 7/24 regarding a transaction that she tried to run for $48.79 but she didn't get the approval. Jennifer checked in Swipe Simple and it wasn't there so she called Tsys to see if it was approved. Tsys told her that it was. Deanna called back in on 7/25 to see if the transaction was batched out but it had not batched. She was going to contact the customer to see what they wanted to do, if they wanted her to run it again or force settle this one. She has not called back as of yet. |
