3	Sep 14 2023 12:00 AM		Charlotte Groff	John called and said that per the tech call Christi had with Exadigm on Tuesday, they had the internet provider come out and the line is fine. One of their terminals is not working but the other is. Leslie at Exadigm says that they've exhausted all of their troubleshooting points and the terminal needs to be replaced. Morgan said we will replace both of his Exadigm terminals with Valors at no cost to the merchant. There are 6 transactions in the broken terminal that have not been batched according to John. When I looked in pioneer, neither of his terminals have batched for 9/12 or 9/13 but they have batch receipts. He's going to email me the batch receipts. She said that she did have an issue with her terminal during that time frame and that it wasn't batching out like it should have.
