1 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Virginia Blankenship from Operations - Notes: This merchant is surcharging card holders to make up his V/MC discount and transaction fee that we bill to him and he is also charging transactions under this account for (rental property) items not related to the way that we signed him up. Merchant refused to comply and this is the 3rd time that we have had to have this conversation with him. Once we said that we were terminating him, he said he would comply, but we don't feel confident that he will stay in compliance. We have mailed him a termination notice and a copy of his contract with us. We are also charging him $300 as an ETF b/c he has not met the terms of his agreement that he signed with us on 10/24/07.
