1 Jan 04 2024 12:00 AM Charlotte Groff Spoke to Tim - he was wanting to know how to get Branch 585 transactions from showing up under Branch 11. I explained to him about the difference in user names and that the Branch user has admin access and he will have to choose his branch number when using that. I had him log out and then log in as CCUser58501 and he could see that it was on the correct branch number. He said that he'd just leave it logged in as the CC user. Told him that's what we prefer him do anyway. Also got his terminal working again.....it had locked up with Approved on the screen. Just reset the terminal and had him log back in. 2 Sep 26 2023 12:00 AM Charlotte Groff TT Michelle - she said that her terminal went out in the middle of a transaction on card 7351 for $2000.00 and she wanted to know if it had gone through or not. I could not see it in Swipe Simple so I called TSYS and spoke to Lorenzo. He said that there was no approval issued for $2000.00 at that branch today. Called Michelle back and informed her. 5 Aug 09 2023 12:00 AM Charlotte Groff Noticed that 8/4 & 8/7 had not batched. Called Branch and spoke to Robin. Tried to manually close batch but got batch close error. Pulled TSYS current batch and had to delete $60.00 - card 6662 that had already been processed on VT on 7/14/23. After we deleted that trans, we were able to successfully close the batch. 8 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Michelle called in stating that her terminal did not batch from yesterday. Tried to batch but got Batch Close Error. 9 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM MIchelle called about a customer that was double charged for $499.71 on card 7326 from 5/2/23. When looking in Swipe Simple I could only see the 1 transaction that was processed on the VT, but in IQ I could see 2 transactions had been charged. Advised her to issue the customer a refund as she was paid twice and customer was definitely billed twice. Emailed Swipe Simple this example to see why they didn't get batch close error and the terminal batched out inlcuding the transaction from the terminal Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM

13 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Noticed terminal did not batch for 1/6/22. Called Branch 1/7 and spoke to Michelle. She said that they had some issues with their internet/wiring and had a call in to their IT person. She will call me back once the internet is fixed. She called today (1/11/22) and said that their internet was just fixed 1/10/22 and she did get a batch receipt this morning.
