Amy called in (as branch 82) and needed the card number for a transaction that was run on the terminal on 10/6/23 for $43.45 on Card 5538 so that she could issue a refund to the uncooperative customer. Got the card number from Vantiv and then walked her through running the refund on the terminal. |

Called branch 80 and spoke with Claudia regarding 5/5-5/9 not batching, had to delete transaction $65.00 card# 6808 and after that we batched successfully. |

Excerpt from Corissa Stephens email of 3/29/23 - Br 82 uses branch 80’s old terminal, I think we got the address changed already to reflect 82. The terminals for 72 & 82 are lost, so we probably just need to pay for those and get them closed. Once that happens, can we rename the terminal to 82 and merge what they key manually to this one? |

Claudia called in to see what the user name and password was for her terminal. She stated that Branch 82 and Branch 080 merged but they became branch 082. Both terminals that they had for Branch 082 have been lost and she is currently using the terminal that was for Branch 080. I told her she had to log in as Branch 080 because the serial number on the terminal is set up with the Branch080 email address. She also asked if we could correct the address in the terminal. I told her that she would have to have Corissa at corporate send us an email asking for an address change. |

noticed that 1/20/23 did not batch. Called the branch but Claudia was on the phone. Left a message with Christina that the terminal did not batch for Friday, 1/20 and it needs to be batched. If she has any issues batching it to please call us. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: We found out today(06/08/2022) from talking to Claudia that the physical building of Branch 82 (Claudia says it's in McKinney) has been closed and the terminal that was there can't be located. From my understanding of what Claudia was saying is that when Branch 82 building closed down they re-branded Branch 80 as the new Branch 82 and they are using the terminal that has been set up for Branch 80 |

She told me to call Scott and Scott said that Claudia took the credit card terminal with her this morning. Scott said that he will call Claudia and see if there was a batch receipt and if not he will let her know to close it out. |
