She just had questions about a chargeback that she got plus what fees they're paying, etc.  Turns out that they didn't cancel their previous merchant account and the chargeback was from their previous processor.  I urged her to make sure to get that old merchant account cancelled, but leave her Auth.Net account active since that's what she's currently using for authorizations. Auth.net informed us that they can not add on any extra fee - they only handle the exact amount that comes in to them. Laure is going to talk to her web guy to see if he can add in the convenience fee on the website.
