1 Dec 10 2024 02:02 PM Charlotte Groff Neil called and wanted to see how many transactions ran through his batch last night. His terminal ran out of paper and he did not get a full batch receipt. I confirmed there were 9 transactions for him from 12/9/24. He also got an error code 0295 on a Visa card for $1243.00. I called SBC and Ayanna looked up the transaction but couldn't see it on Tsys...when she looked at the BIN, it was a card that originated in Singapore.
