I called WEX myself and they could see the transactions coming in for the merchant but they said that they were not the ones declining them that FiServ was declining them. I called PCS back for the 3rd time and spoke to Diana. She deleted the WEX entitlement and re-added it and then pushed an update to the terminal. 2 May 24 2024 03:19 PM Mike Thomas Tt Molli she says WEX still not working. Talked to Rise and they went over the account and says there is no reason for WEX to decline. They advised that the merchant call WEX to see if any kind of hold is on their account. I gave this info to Molli along with the MID and BID#. She will let me know what they find out. 3 Dec 06 2023 12:00 AM Dec 06 2023 Mike Thomas Molli called and said WEX is not working. Just got off a call with PCS and they said it was one card that was declining multiple times and that the decline is coming from WEX. and that the customer needs to call the number on the back of the card. She said they checked all the settings there and everything there is correct. I advised Molli to let me know if she gets a decline on a different card. 6 Dec 05 2023 12:00 AM Charlotte Groff just got off the phone with PCS Tech Support. She saw that for #703 their PIN Debit box was not checked, so she checked it and said that it will be active with the next transaction. For #711 she said that she could see where there were declined Debit cards coming through and they were being declined for Invalid Network Type. She also corrected that. Please have each of the stores run a test PIN debit transaction and let us know if it's still not working. PCS Tech Support did mention that if it doesn't work this time that they may want to reboot their system and if it still doesn't work after the reboot, then to call them back with the merchant on the phone so that they can trace the issue. Molli called back and said that they did the reboot and that PIN Debit is still not working. Called PCS again and spoke to Diana. She did see a Network flag that was unchecked for some reason, so she checked the box and I called the store and spoke to Sammy and she had a customer in the store that had a debit card and it worked as it should. 7 Dec 04 2023 12:00 AM Charlotte Groff received word from Molli that PIN Debit was not working on this location. Looked back through my emails and saw that I had never received a confirmation that PIN Debit had been enabled....only the WEX & Voyager (active on 12/6/23). Called PCS and got Stacy. She sent an email to the person who worked the original ticket 5108789. I got a response back from that person late afternoon saying that PIN Debit had been enabled.
