I did see all 3 duplicates and walked her through running a refund on each one.. She emailed a copy of a receipt to show that the terminal was cutting of the first letters on the far left and the last letter on the far right. Tried changing the font size to small and the issue still existed. Uninstalled and reinstalled the SwipeSimple app and the issue still existed.
