Sarah called and said her terminal stopped in the middle of a transaction and did not print a receipt on 1/17/24. She wanted to know if $79.65 on Card 6610 was approved. I called TSYS and they confirmed that it had been approved with auth code 325017. I submitted a request to WorldPay to have the transaction force settled so Binswanger would be paid and cardholder billed. I also sent Sarah a screenshot of the transaction from IQ Auth log so she would have something for her records. SR SR 60136316 was opened for the rekey of the transaction |

Sarah called to say that her terminal went blank during the middle of a transaction, She wanted to know if the transaction she ran went through, Swipe Simple didn't show it, so I called Tsys and it had been approved for $24.25 on Card 9876 with auth code 001530. Due to other branches reporting similar problems, late in the afternoon, we uninstalled and reinstalled the Tsys app and the SS app. When we did this, the other 2 transactions that she had run were lost. I sent an email to WorldPay to have the 3 transactions rekeyed / force settled.
1. Card # 2356 for $48.00 with Auth code 062211
2. Card # 2269 for $10.00 with Auth code 836019
3. Card # 9876 for $24.25 with Auth code 001530

TT Merchant asked if a transaction for $74.20 went through. We checked trans history, SS, and TSYS (on terminal) and i didn't see any transactions for the day. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Misti called to say that her terminal did not batch out from Friday 5/20/22. Had her try to manually batch and received Batch Close Error. Pulled the current batch report from TSYS and the 1st trans on there was for $41.46. Card # 4237. She said that that transaction should've been voided and the customer should not have been charged. So we deleted the transaction from the batch and she was able to successfully batch out but for some reason no batch receipt printed out. I confirmed the number of transactions she had and the dollar amount and she made a note of it. |

Verified that trans was processed in virtual on 3/29 before deleting. Was able to successfully batch afterward. |

Had her go to Merchant Account settings and it was pointed to Branch 87 Mobile device. Switched it to 87 Terminal and she was good to go. |

Had to delete 1st trans in Current batch in Tsys $175.14 - Card 7123. Did confirm that trans had been processed via Virtual before deleting. Was able to successfully batch out after that. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: During Daily Audit noticed that 10/15 didn't batch. Called Branch and spoke to Chrissy. Tried to manually batch in both SwipeSimple and Tsys and received errors. Called Tsys and they had an error on the transaction for $265 - Card # 0751 and said that we would need to Force Post it. I sent an email to iso_client_services@fisglobal.com asking them to force the transaction. Called the branch back and deleted that trans from the batch in Tsys and then was able to successfully batch in SwipeSimple. The batch will include 1 transaction from today in addition to 15th transactions |
