The terminal lost communication during the transaction so she tried to run it on the VT. She got declined. Cardholder called his bank and they said they approved the transaction. I checked in SS and only saw the declined transaction but IQ Authorization log is showing the approved transaction in addition to showing the declined one. 3 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Spoke with Alva due to batch close error. Trans $466.20 card 466.20 was paid by check after the card was ran in terminal holding up the batch. Called TSYS due to the batch close error that kept coming up and they in fact said it was successful so I checked this morning to see if it batched in the system and it did. Confirmed that he was using the correct user ID and password.
