3 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: hillary called 3/11/22 and said she has not received any deposits since 10/14/21. She is a seasonal business. I called PCS and spoke to Christine in Customer Service and also Kimberly Crabtree in Risk. Kimberly researched and found a big batch that had not been closed. The batch went back to 10/13/21 and consisted of 110 transactions totaling $72514.23. Apparently PCS tried to push an update to the FD130 on 10/13/21 which failed. When the update failed it turned off the auto batch in the terminal. Kimberly provided a list of transactions that were in the batch. i sent that list to Hillary. Shes going to call all the customers and get their card numbers and rerun all the transactions once her terminal is operable again. We will have to have tech support delete the old batch from the terminal and then Kimberly will have to delete the batch from the backend before any transactions can be run through the terminal.
