I informed the lady that answered the phone that he had ordered the machine when he first bought the restaurant because he could not get the POS system switched over to his name in a timely fashion. I went on to explain that he hasn't used the machine that we sent him and that he is paying monthly for it. 3 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Tried to call Jeff to confirm he was able to get everything switched over to his name and also find out if he needs the Valor terminal. He has not processed through the Valor as of yet. There was no answer when I tried to call him at the merchant location. Tried the phone number we have on file for his home/cell number and got voicemail.
