She didn't know what to do so the customer got frustrated and paid cash. I did explain to her that the card he was using must have been a corporate/business card and that those cards will ask for additional information. Cardholder called his bank and they informed him that they had cancelled his card number about a month ago due to suspected fraud. Customer is paying with another card.
