I ran tests and everything. Apparently terminal went down later that same day and noone notified myself or Mike or the the office. they were without all that time and I had no idea. 2 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Lindsay Felker -> Notes: Dealt with this account on Thursday as well as last Saturday; reprogrammed terminal last Saturday- worked fine; arlon called on thursday and said that they are losing money as the machine is not working. I told him I re-programmed the machine with his son Brandon present on Saturday. I told him to call if anymore issues; assumed all was well; Arlon called me Thursday and asked why I hadn't done anything about the machine. He said it quit working sometime last Saturday; I had rec'd no call or anything. I went there and worked on terminal, but it did not work. Mike requested ASR to change to t7plus. I explained to Brandon that terminal would be overnighted and would have to be programmed once the ASR was complete. Gave him Mike's number to program. However, ASR was not ready and Mike talked to him and let him know. Got a call at 7:30am this morning and was in Nashville on a trip. Arlon left message very angry.
