She did say that they had their other 2 terminals set up on Friday to accept EBT cards through Bank One. Bank One called her back today and told her that she's not allowed to process EBT through 2 different processors and that's the reason she can't take it on our terminal. I let her know if she has the card number she can do a refund and just key in the card number exp date and the cvv code.
