1 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM They are still having issues with their WiFi.  Tricia is supposed to get back to me to tell me if they want to upgrade to the VL110, which has a sim card availability. She may call in about this while I am away so I wanted to update you both on this. I will also put this in the notes in CRM.  The cost of the terminal is similar so all we would have to increase their monthly fee for is the sim card use which is a $12 monthly fee per MID/terminal.  There is a one time $10 activation fee I am willing to waive for them so let her know we are doing this!  We do not have any VL 110 in stock which I let her know.  SBC does carry these so we will have to purchase 2 of those and have them debit our residuals for these devices.  Ask them to also send us a sim card for each if they do not mind.   Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM Update Delete
