1 Aug 21 2024 09:12 PM Charlotte Groff Charles called and wanted to know what he needs to do for his terminal since he's getting rid of his land line. He wanted me to call him back because another call was coming in for him. When I called him back, I left a voicemail letting him know that he will need to get an ethernet cable to run from his modem to the terminal and as soon as he gets that to call us back and we can easily switch the terminal (VX520) from dial up to ethernet. 2 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Spoke to Charles - he's been getting calls saying he's not PCI compliant so he called to see what PCI Compliance means and if it's something he should do. I stressed to him how important it is and told him that it is a yearly thing and if he remains uncompliant that he would start receiving a big fine each month until he becomes compliant. I emailed him the Vantiv PCI phone number their email address and their website link. I also sent him a copy of a QRG for his VX520. He was needing to know how to reprint a receipt.
