Called Exadigm and she ran some tests and told him it is either his ethernet cable or his internet or the port in the back of the terminal where the ethernet plugs in. Spoke to Morgan and we are going to send him a replacement terminal. I told him that if he still gets offline on the new terminal that it has to be his internet provider. As its showing Offline Decline I suggested that he get a new ethernet cord and try that to see if that fixes the issue.
