I explained it was the account maintenance fee along with the 1099 K system fee. He then was inquiring about how to complete PCI. I told him that I would send over a pci pamphlet with directions of how to complete. He then inquired about some monthly fees. I was not able to answer those questions because this is a tesla payments merchant. I told him I would have someone from Tesla reach out to him to help explain his fees further.
