3 Feb 06 2024 11:47 AM Charlotte Groff Brett sent over a voided check for his merchant deposits / debits to start going to. I replied to his email telling him that Vantiv has a strict process for changing bank accounts where he will need to be on the phone so that he can verify some personal information and get the DocuSign for the ACH change. I told him that when he has a few minutes, to call the office and I will facilitate the call to Vantiv so we can get that changed. 6 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Morgan Withee User: Morgan Withee -> Notes: Got a text from bret. The account 520003695782. was never closed. And his swipe simple accoutns were not linked. In NPCRM it shows that they closed the sr requesting the account to be closed but they never closed it. I spoke with Internal support and they got the old mid cancelled right away. The swipe simple accounts switch did not take into effect either. So I got that taken care of. Now MID 520003975701 will be linked to 520003717839. and MID 520003695782 has been cancelled.
