2 Aug 04 2023 12:00 AM Aug 04 2023 Mike Thomas TT Robin "error in batch" bad transaction was for $1709.00 TSYS saw the transaction ending in 7801 but card was approved as ending in 1984 so we deleted transaction and batched. The transaction in question showed on the batch report. So I called TSYS and they say it only batched one transaction for $224.52 I will check IQ Monday morning and call Robin back. 3 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Spoke with Robin 5/23 did not batch. Deleted trans $31.74 card 1298 after we deleted the transaction we still could not close the current batch terminal said no trans in current batch so we walked her through closing the batch through the TSYS app and batch closed successfully after that. 6 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Robin called this morning and said that her terminal had not batched since 1/27/23. Checked in SS and she only had 3 transactions from 1/27 thorugh 2/6/23. The 1 on 1/27 did batch on its own. Tried to batch in SS for the other 2 on 2/3 and got no transactions in batch. Tried to batch in Tsys and got batch error. Called Tsys and they said there is a transaction that didn't log the full card number for $14.03 and that we needed to delete it. However, I found a transaction for $14.03 in IQ that batched on 1/31/23. We deleted the transaction and then batched in Tsys for the 2 from 2/3 (SS was still getting no transactions in batch). The did confirm that all 8 transactions from both 11th & 12th were present in the batch. Rinda agreed that this is now definitely a Swipe Simple issue as to why the batch receipt on showed 4 transactions from 12th. 11 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Noticed that 1/12 did not batch and also 1/11 was not funded. Called branch and spoke to Robin. There was no batch receipt when she opened this morning. Had her try to manually batch but the batch only included 1/12 transactions so backed out of current batch and opened Tsys current batch. Tsys current batch showed 9 transactions - 4 from 1/11 4 from 1/12 and 1 from 1/10 ($32.62). Robin did say that she tried the $32.62 on the 10th but the terminal never got an approval so she keyed it in via Virtual. So I deleted the $32.62 transaction and then had her close the batch in SwipeSimple. The SwipeSimple batch did close however it only showed 4 transactions from 12th totals ($819.98) and did not include 11ths transactions ($1288.05). Called Swipe Simple and spoke to Rinda and she told me to go back into Tsys and review the current batch again and if the transactions were still there to batch through Tsys. I called Robin back to review the Tsys current batch and those 4 transactions from the 11th had been cleared out. She emailed me a copy of the Tsys current report along with the batch receipt that printed when we closed batch. I sent a detailed email to SwipeSimple along with the copy of batch receipts. Rinda at SwipeSimple had instructed me to do this if Tsys was not showing the transactions any longer and she would escalate it. Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM Update Delete

Had to delete $98.47 - card 5039 from current batch. Did confirm that the cardholder was billed for the 98.47 via virtual. The cardholder had 2 inovices and they added both together and ran a transaction for $175.56. She said it would always kick her out of the SwipeSimple app when she would try to do anything in the app. Had her unplug the power source to the terminal for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. I asked her about the duplicate transaction that I noticed and she said that the cardholder should've only had 1 charge for $25.43. She was able to issue a refund in the computer for the duplicate. She received a Batch Error. I then had her pull current batch from Tsys and found 1st trans was $153.09 Card # 5039. She remembered trying to run that on terminal and had a problem so she ran on Virtual. I confirmed trans on Virtual. Deleted trans from current batch and then she was able to successfully batch out.
