Kurt called and stated that they were looking for 2 Transaction that should have been through the Mobile #121. Let Kurt know that transactions for 150.64 and 747.15 could not be found in SwipeSimple or IQ. Also explained to see live transaction that in SwipeSimple to go to the Filter and choose Mobile #121 and terminal #121 otherwise he will see All Transactions. |

Kurt called and said he terminal was not working. Determined that the terminal was pointed to the mobile device instead of terminal. Walked him through how to correct that. He also wanted to know how to run a refund done on the VT. Had him log in as Branch user so that he would see the refund option |

Noticed terminal had not batched since 8/3. Called branch and spoke to Kurt. He got batch close error. Had to delete transaction $312.58 card #0527 because TSYS said it was an invalid card. Customer paid by a different card. Once we deleted the transaction, batch closed successfully |

Jeanie called and said that she had refunded a customer from a card on file for $214.41 on card 9842 on 7/6/23 but that the customer told her after she processed the refund that that card had been compromised and cancelled. IQ is showing that the refund rejected at settlement time but the funds were still subtracted from the merchant's total. I emailed WorldPay to see when they would be returning the funds to the merchant. I told Jeanie that the only way she would be able to issue a refund to the customer on his new card would be to issue it through TSYS. When the customer comes back in she will call me back and I will walk her through the refund in Tsys. |

Jeanie called and said that their store had a really deep cleaning everything had been unplugged including the terminal. She asked if I could batch it out from my end. When I told her the terminal would have to be plugged in before we can manually batch it she said that she was short handed this week and she wouldn't have time to get to it until Wednesday or Thrusday. I reminded her that the authorizations were only valid for 7 days. |

Kurt called and said that his terminal did not batch for Thursday 4/6. He had 2 transactions totaling $186.53. Checked IQ and it did batch. Gave him his totals. |

TT Kurt says terminal, didn't batch last night, we went in and tried a manual batch but there were no transactions. I checked IQ and terminal did batch out both transactions ran on 4/5/23 advised him terminal must have been offline when it tried to print. |

Kurt called in and did not get a batch report for Friday 2/24/23. Tried to close the batch and got "no transactions in batch". I looked in IQ and did a transaction search on one of the transactions and it had not settled. Pulled the current batch report from Tsys and had to delete $76.19 Card 1060. Found it on VT on 2/22/23. After deleting the transaction, we tried to close batch again in Swipe Simple, but still was getting No transaction in current batch. Had to close the batch in TSYS. It closed successfully |

Deleted trans $195.20 Card #7051 from TSYS current batch. Did confirm that the trans had been processed via Virtual before deleting it. Once trans was deleted she was able to manually batch. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT- Jeanie - she was getting declined when trying to issue a refund to a customer. The transaction had been run through the terminal yesterday and it was still on the screen of the terminal this morning when she first attempted to refund it. So she just pressed the refund option and dipped the card. Got a decline. The 2nd and 3rd attempts she looked the transaction up in the Transaction History and clicked refund and dipped the card and still got declined. Had her unplug the terminal and plug it back in and try it again. This time she manually keyed in the card number for the refund and it approved. |

They did run the refund via Virtual. I deleted the trans from the batch and they successfully closed out the batch. |

Explained to her that unless the original sale was run on the virtual that she would not be able to issue the refund from there. Had her log into the terminal as the BRANCH user and she found the transaction. She didn't have the full card number to immediately run the refund but said she knows now how to do it.
