5 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Tania called this morning and got Batch Close Error when she tried to batch terminal from 2/8/23. Had to delete $166.23 on Card 3635. She said that the terminal did freeze up yesterday when she tried to run that one and she keyed it in VT. Confirmed it was there. 8 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: During weekly audit noticed that terminal did not batch for 3/22. Called branch and spoke to Tanya. No batch receipt so we tried to close and got Batch Close Error. Had her print the current batch from TSYS to find the bad transaction but all 5 trans listed on the current batch were showing in Swipe Simple. I called TSYS and they said they showed no attempts to try close a batch at all today and that the batch close error was most likely a communication error.
