received an email from Corissa that Tabitha at Branch 146 / 143 was having issues with all of her transactions showing up under branch 11. I called her and she was logging in as the Branch user instead of the CCUser. I explained the difference in the user ids and suggested she log in as the ccuser unless she needs to run a refund. But I also showed her how to pick the correct branch number if she is logged in as the branch user
Store will still log in as branch 143 user info because Binswanger corp did not want to create all new email addresses for the 146 users to be created. |

Changed Branch #143 to Branch #146 per Bianca at corporate office. Sent email to have it changed on WorldPay side as well. There was no choice for updating name in NPCrm. WorldPay SR SR 48435306 - 5 day SLA. Also updated the Batch Project spreadsheet. |

Noticed terminal did not batch for 1 transaction of $85.23 card 3033. Called the branch and spoke with Jan went through the steps to close the batch this transaction wasn't included in the batch so we called TSYS and spoke with Ashley and she said this transaction batched out this morning at 10:23am. Will check IQ in the morning to make sure this went through. |

Noticed that terminal did not batch for 2 transactions from 1/24 & 1/25. Called the branch and spoke to Jan. Her terminal was not even logged into. Once she logged in and tried to batch - got batch close error. Pulled TSYS batch and had to delete transaction $89.30 on card 6271. There was a transaction on 2/6 for $306.68 that had been run through VT and terminal. No void option on terminal so deleted it from batch. Was able to successfully batch in SS. Double checked the batch this morning and the $306.68 card 2747 was not included but still shows in SS as having been approved on terminal. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Jan called in with a problem. She attempted to run a Visa card for $96.03 Card 9848 on 5/3/22 on the terminal and did not get an approval due to internet connection. She manually keyed the card number into Swipe Simple virtual. However when she manually keyed in the card number she keyed an American Express number (2018) instead of a Visa Card and received an approval for the $96.03. The guy with the Visa card was saying that he does see the $96.03 on his statement and the lady that owns the American Express card (# 2018) called the branch this morning to say that she had an erroneous charge on her statement. I looked in IQ searching for the Visa card 9848 and did see that there was an approval out there but there was never any settlement record for it. Jan said that she had not received a batch receipt on the terminal for yesterday. I had her try to manually batch and received Batch Close Error. I then had her pull the current batch from TSYS and the $96.06 Visa transaction was the first one on the receipt. So we deleted that receipt and she was able to manually batch for 5/4 and 5/5. I advised her that she needed to issue a refund to the American Express # 2018 for the $96.03 since that card had been mistakenly keyed. She's going to call the Visa cardholder and explain what happened and tell him that she's going to run the transaction again to actually get him billed. |

So I had her log in to her virtual as Branch018 and she was able to see the transaction and issue the refund. |
