Pulled current batch from TSYS and $51.97 - Card 5101 needed to be deleted. I did confirm that the transaction had been run via virtual before deleting it. Once it was deleted was able to successfully able to batch |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: noticed that 12/13 did not batch. Called branch and spoke to Lori. She said they tried to batch when they opened this morning but received no transactions in current batch. I also had her try it again and got the same response. Had her check the current batch in Tsys and it also said no transactions. Assuming the batch did close but did not print a receipt for some reason - most likely because it lost internet connection. She says the internet goes up and down all day. Will confirm that $549.30 is settled tomrrow |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: During daily audit I noticed that 11/22 did not batch. Called the Branch and she said that the internet had still been up and down on her terminal but that she had tried to batch out this morning and received no transaction in batch. When we looked in TSYS at current batch it said no transactions in current batch. I called Tsys and spoke to Tye. He did see a batch come in very early this morning (7:00am Pacific time) that included 4 transactions 3 of them from 11/19 and 1 from 11/22 for a total of $396.60 batch #95.
Will confirm tomorrow morning that the batch was funded |

It connected long enough to close the batch but lost it's connection before it printed a batch receipt. When we checked the current batch there were no transactions in current batch. Terminal keeps losing internet connection very frequently. |
