I told her that it depends on if the card is still active on the issuer side. If it's not that the refund should reject. Pulled current batch from TSYS and deleted $100.00 card 6355. I did confirm that the transaction was processed on virtual on 3/18/22 before deleting. The Wifi symbol in the upper right corner was empty. I suggested she call corp and let them know her WiFi was down and she told me that it would probably come up later today.
