Since Ashley Bishop is the person that signed the contract I called him to make sure he did actually sell the business. He didn't sell it but he lost it in his divorce to Genie. I told him that I needed something official from him since his signature is on the contract stating that it's ok to transfer ownership from Ashley to Genie. The debit was due to a CB for $532.29 that was applied to their account on 9/16. They had a sale on 9/16 for $285.00 which was applied to the CB. She never received any ppwk on CB and asked for supporting documentation. When I told her that we would have to request that from Vantiv CB Department and offered to conference her in she said that she'll call them herself.
