Molli sent me an email: "Bloomo’s Dinner reached out to me Saturday to ask about how they would receive their statement. They said that they have not received one yet. I know that when I was working at M & W (who is t traditional) they received theirs through regular mail. I told them that I thought it was regular mail … but your help in clarifying is greatly appreciated." I responded and let her know "I see that Bloomo is on Vantiv, so they should have gotten their statement via mail around the 5th - 8th of the month. Now it was a holiday so it could be a little delayed on its arrival. But you are right as this should have been mailed! I do see that they have their bill to address as 12221 Road 448 Union MS 39365. Is this correct? If not please let me know and I can work on getting this corrected for them! I have attached their statement below if they do not get it! If they need any other statements please let me know, and I would be happy to send them to you.Â
They can gain access to the online system for Vantiv, which is called iQ. This is just like SBC's system Pioneer, where they can download statements, look at transaction and deposit information, and respond to disputes. If they would like, I can set them up with a user for this so they can access it just in case they need it. Let me know when you can if they are interested in this." |
