I looked in pioneer and saw where the deposit had been made for the $3,883.03. I spoke with Mike to get some insight on this matter and he then told me to transfer Carol over to him to help rectify this matter.
•	-		batch is still not going through. Called Valor TT John and he is escalating and will get TT Carol she was missing $17, 839.62 from Saturday business. Checked in Valor and one of the terminals hadn't settled. Walked him through a settlement and explained terminal could've been offline at settle time.Then back to me today.
•	-		Called Valor to see if they have found what's causing this batch to fail...not yet they will update me ASAP
•	-		Called Valor to get an update. TT John and he said this was moved to a priority escalation. I also gave Morgan details concerning this issue.
•	-		TT Brad he wanted to try to batch terminal again...we did and it failed.
•	-		Linda called about the terminal error code saying Issuer Error. I informed her that Valor was having issues and that we were on the phone with Valor trying to get this resolved.
•	-		Kari Rosado called in and said that the merchant is requesting an additional VL500. They will be sending in the non-working terminal. Kari will be buying this terminal for the merchant. Requested Tsys var for the additional terminal

•	Nov 01 2023		TT Brad and Kar, explained Valor issue that was happening on 10/31. He said all terminals are working great.
•	-		Kari called. They want 3 sim cards. WE will overnight them and then charge kari shipping on her residuals
•	-		Sent Kari email on the sim cards. I was able to find 3 so we are shipping all 3 out. Please have the merchant call us to walk him through how to insert the sim card or watch this video for help. It's easy to get the card stuck in there if you dont know what you are doing. Then you cant get it out or use it. So its important that he watch the video or call for help Thank you!!
