I had talked to the merchant on Friday after hours and they were having internet issues, Comcast came today and did something and all their other equipment was working on wi-fi. I offered Briar the VT and also told him he could connect with ethernet cable. He said he didn't have the authority to make those decisions and would ,have his manager call me. I haven't heard from her as of this time. Valor has recommended RMA but we want to try ethernet first if possible.
