•	-		Hannah called in regarding the $270.00 debit to their account. I got her to send me the screenshot of the debit and I forwarded it to SBC when I couldn't find any evidence of a debit in Pioneer on the merchant's account. SBC said that they did not send the debit. I called Hannah back and informed her that it was not us and she is calling her previous processor to see if it was them.
